Spreader cable
Spreader cable is a control cable for hoisting cages in crane systems. It is used for carriers, for example, spreaders with high mechanical stress and vertical cage operation.

Feature
With galvanised steel wire rope offering suspension support up to a maximum suspended height of 80m and a pulling force of 2100N for each steel core, the PVC sheathed flexible copper pendant hoist cable is designed with a voltage rating of 300/500V. They are multicore cables of 5 core and above.
Pendant hoist cables are manufactured for use in heavy industry, for use alongside other crane cables, in operations including mining, quarrying, and the construction industry. They can be considered as part of our festoon cable range and in the same broader category as our NSHTOU drum reeling cables.

Conductor: Bare electrolytic copper, extremely fine stranded.
Insulation: EPR Core
identification: 1. Optimal identification as a result of light-colored insulation with numbers printed in black;
2. protective earth conductor green/yellow
Screen: Braid screen made of tinned copper wires
Outer sheath: Special PUR compound
Temperature (moving): -40°C ~ +80°C
International Standard: GB/T, ASTM, DIN, VDE, BS, ICEA-S, UL, CSA, JISC, KIEC(PNCT).
Application
Feeder cable for load-lifting equipment, eg. spreader with high mechanical stress in gravityfed collector basket operation, with voltage rate up to 0,6/1 kV. Suitable for operation in a cold environment
